Classics such as Keep it up Corporal and Keep it up the Aisle became firm favorites with the British public.After an absence of many years, it is decided to film a new comedy. However, there are only 7 lead parts, which means that one of the regular actors will not receive a leading role. The 8 actors gather for a casting session at Birchwood Studios, on the set of the new film. Innuendos abound, but then they discover that the casting director, John Thomas, has been murdered. Everyone has a motive, but who did it? and who committed the murder......!!Characters:SID RUMPY - A lovable old rogue, who likes the ladies, but looks old enough to be their grandfather. Has a distinctive laugh, which makes him sound like a dirty old man, a permanent smile, and a twinkle in his eye. Smokes a pipe, which is frequently clamped between his teeth.HETTIE HUGGER - A larger than life lady, who is very matronly, and likes looking after the menfolk. Hettie has never married, because her advances always seem to frighten off the men. She looks like one of her cuddles could easily smother you to death. Likes wearing large, billowy dresses.JIMMY TIDDLES - A slight, well-spoken man, he looks like a puff of wind could easily blow him over. His favorite phrase is 'well I never'. Wears small round glasses, slicked back hair, and is a mincing, camp performer.BAPS BUCKINGHAM - Big busted, bouncy blonde, with an infectious giggle. She gives as good as she gets, and can take care of herself. The first thing you notice is her chest, which she permanently pushes out. Wears tops which show her more than ample cleavage to best effect.KENNY FOKKER - A well-bred, respectable man, who always appears very knowledgeable. With a snobbish air, he constantly appears to be looking down his flared nostrils, and sounds like he talks through them as well. Has a generally disapproving manner, and is not particularly receptive to female advances.CYNTHIA SIN - Naughty but nice, this lady has a wicked side which remains hidden behind her wholesome image. Underneath her frumpy frock, you may find sexy lingerie, or in her sensible handbag, sex toys.FANNY FORTUNE - Sweet and innocent, she is always putting her foot in it without realizing. Fluttering her eyelids, she seems oblivious to the sexual advances she constantly receives. Wears very short skirts, high boots, and tight tops.TERRY TICKLER - Well groomed, with a handlebar mustache that he constantly twirls, he always has an eye for the ladies.
